Analysis of Prevention Measures on Post Gastritisine

Lifestyle is characterized by behaviour patterns that can impact individual health, especially unhealthy ones such as smoking, stress, and eating lead to various digestive disorders. This study aimed analyze prevention efforts against the recurrence of post-gastritis sufferers in Kuala sub-district, Nagan Raya Regency. qualitative research method analyzes describes phenomena or objects through social activities, attitudes, perceptions people individually groups. The informants this were eight people, with details 1 Head Public Health Center, Gastritis, Doctor five patients sub-district Regency October 2022. Results indicate diet irregular, they also consume spicy food unnaturally; are unable manage stress experience, so have habit drinking coffee inappropriate doses, gastritis supported who a smoking difficult change. concludes lifestyle not good has significant influence on gastritis.
